I'm looking at the size chart on the Excalibur Army website and need some explanation of the trouser sizes.

What is the length measurement (Delka)?

My sizes are - waist: 34 inches and inside leg: 28 inches.

I'm trying to convert that into the right size so I know what I'm looking at.

All help gratefully received.

I can help you only with transfer from inches to centimeters.

1 inch is 1,6 centimeters.

length = Délka
